The boat

Fiesta is a classic wooden boat - maintained to the highest standards. Accommodating 20—200 guests. Fully carpeted, with a flexible arrangement utilising our wide range of tables and chairs, the ability to arrange a number of buffet tables , a dance floor (large or small), a fully stocked bar, and a wide range of delicious menus. Two levels of indoor accommodation, and two levels of wonderful viewing areas outside. Should the weather be unfavourable we have the space!

We are Private Owner Operators, fully licensed, with full accreditation. Our repeat client list now accounts for 80% of our cruises - we must be giving the best value and service on the harbour!

Our service and crew

We specialise in offering the highest quality of service. From the beginning you will be in contact with Mandy, she will quote and guide you through your booking details - and will be present during your cruise, ensuring that all your requests are met. Our staff are excellent, and all fully qualified. You will not find deckhands doubling as Bar Manager, or Bar Manager doubling as Head of Catering. We believe that a full complement of staff makes for the best quality of service.

History of Fiesta

Fiesta was built in 1973 by Hughie Morris of Brisbane. She was the largest boat he ever built, and his favourite project. Hughie and his wife came aboard in 2004 and had a private trip around the harbour, he was delighted with his boat and the way she has been maintained to the highest standards. We thank Hughie for building her!
